Job Description

Inside Sales / SDR

Key Responsibilities

  • Build target lists of P&C carriers, solution partners, and ISVs
  • Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calling, sequences)
  • Run qualification (Clear understanding of BANT / MEDDIC lite frameworks)
  • Schedule meetings for the Sales / BD team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly reporting cadence

What Were Looking For

  • Experience generating leads into

    insurance carriers

     (preferred Guidewire / Duck Creek ecosystem)
  • Strong written communication and cold outreach skills
  • Ability to open doors in enterprise environments
  • Hunger to own the lead-gen engine, not just execute tasks

Success Metrics

  • 40+ outbound activities per day
  • 8–10 qualified meetings per month
  • Opportunities created in pipeline
