Job Description

Inside Sales / SDR

Key Responsibilities

Build target lists of P&C carriers, solution partners, and ISVs
Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calling, sequences)
Run qualification (Clear understanding of BANT / MEDDIC lite frameworks)
Schedule meetings for the Sales / BD team
Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly reporting cadence

What Were Looking For

Experience generating leads into
insurance carriers
(preferred Guidewire / Duck Creek ecosystem)
Strong written communication and cold outreach skills
Ability to open doors in enterprise environments
Hunger to own the lead-gen engine, not just execute tasks

Success Metrics

40+ outbound activities per day
8–10 qualified meetings per month
Opportunities created in pipeline
