Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Molding Operator based in Chennai. The Injection Molding Operator will be responsible for the operation of injection molding machines, monitoring production, maintaining product quality, conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal machine performance to support manufacturing processes. The role involves close collaboration with the quality control team to meet production standards and troubleshoot any issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Injection Molding processes
• Experience with Quality Control and Inspections to maintain high production standards
• Knowledge of Injections and Preventive Maintenance techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Relevant technical certifications or diplomas are preferred
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices
