Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain DevOps environments with knowledge of Solaris, PowerShell, SQL, and Oracle Database.
  • Manage and support batch processing systems and associated tools.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of applications.
  • Implement and maintain observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, AppDynamics to track performance metrics and system health.
  • Track and resolve incidents using incident management tools, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Solaris administration.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle Database.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with Observability/Monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, AppDynamics).
  • Exposure to batch processing systems and DevOps workflows.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization is a plus.
