Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our Infrastructure Network team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and a strong background in IT-related fields, with expertise in network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto. Roles and Responsibility Design network infrastructure solutions emphasizing manufacturer standards and best practices. Remotely manage the installation of network infrastructure equipment including switches, routers, wireless, and security appliances at client sites. Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate networking issues to other employees and management. Maintain current knowledge of security and networking best practices to offer optimal solutions and protection to company systems. Identify and escalate cross-selling opportunities. Create and maintain network diagrams and other supporting documentation. Job Requirements A degree or certification in an IT-related field is required. Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience with related network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto. Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies and dynamic routing protocols is essential. Experience with Cisco onitor and CCNP certification is preferred. LogicMMeraki Wireless LAN and SD-WAN experience are highly desirable. IT consulting experience with mid-market clients is a plus. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills are necessary. Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
