15 years full time educationSummary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the operational needs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in discussions to refine project specifications and contribute to the overall success of the technology initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration. - Strong understanding of network monitoring and management. - Experience with data center operations and infrastructure management. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solarwinds Administration. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
