Infrastructure Development Manager – EV Charging Stations

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Development Manager to lead the upgrade and expansion of our EV charging stations across the region, with a focus on Kerala and Southern India. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal, functionality, and brand consistency of our network. The selected candidate will be responsible for infrastructure improvements at existing sites—including canopies, lighting, and branding—and will manage the development of all new stations. Close coordination with the Business Development team and alignment with management objectives are essential to ensure that every station meets our standards for aesthetics, efficiency, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, managing multiple new site projects, and ensuring all developments follow safety, branding, and operational standards. The role involves collaboration with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver timely, cost-effective projects. The manager will also oversee on-site execution, conduct regular inspections, and provide progress updates to the leadership team. This position plays a hands-on role in scaling our network while ensuring each location delivers a consistent and high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management , along with 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or project execution—preferably in EV charging, fuel stations, or retail infrastructure. Additional qualifications in project management or infrastructure planning are a plus. The candidate should possess strong project execution capabilities, aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
