Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for EV chargers at assigned locations. Perform routine site inspections, monitor charger performance, and ensure stations are operational. Support preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and assist in resolving basic breakdowns. Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors for on-ground maintenance work. Maintain records of tools, spare parts, and materials used during field activities; report shortages or requirements to the O&M Manager. Assist in managing third-party service vendors for site-level tasks and follow up on pending work. Track uptime issues observed on site and update logs, checklists, and maintenance reports regularly. Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards and company protocols. Support site upgrade activities, module replacements, and field-level implementation of new hardware or software updates. Escalate complex technical problems to the O&M Manager or central support team for timely resolution.
