Business Development Executive EV Charging Infrastructure

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of destination and slow EV charging solutions across India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Actively visiting and engaging with hotels, resorts, tourist spots, office complexes, commercial parks, and similar locations to promote and sell AC destination chargers. - Creating awareness among businesses and property owners about the benefits of offering EV charging as a service and amenity. - Identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and initiating commercial discussions. - Coordinating with commercial EV OEMs, vehicle dealerships, and fleet operators to promote and bundle charging solutions. - Assisting in presentations, follow-ups, coordinating proposals, and ensuring smooth handover to internal teams for installation and activation. - Collaborating with the Business Development Manager and reporting on lead status and conversions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2 years of field sales or business development experience. A background or interest in EVs, renewable energy, or commercial real estate would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and the ability to travel extensively across assigned regions are essential for success in this position.
