Project Role : Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Must have skills : Microsoft Teams Infrastructure, Enterprise Voice & Video Infrastructure Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent Summary :As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements. Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that are scalable and optimized for operational efficiencies. Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure by monitoring performance and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on infrastructure best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure. Assist in the evaluation and selection of infrastructure technologies and vendors. Conduct infrastructure assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure design, configurations, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with other systems and applications. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure, Enterprise Voice & Video Infrastructure. Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions. Strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and platforms. Experience in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A BE or Equivalent degree is required. Qualifications BE or Equivalent
