Job Description

Physical Infrastructure -

Provide overall support and security of servers assigned
Monitor and support sever stability and performance using existing solutions
Assist in vulnerability remediation and secure configuration of servers and endpoints
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures for critical system

Cloud Infrastructure -

Provide overall support and security for assigned cloud infrastructure
Monitor and maintain cloud performance using existing monitoring tools
Support security in alignment with IT security policies

General Items -

Monitor and respond to incident and service request IN assigned to infrastructure team
Provide remote support to on-site IT staff and end users
Manage and maintain security mechanisms to prevent, detect, and respond to internal and external threats
Collaborate with global IT team to ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational security standards

Qualifications & Requirements

3-5 years professional experience working in Network, Security, or Server type roles.
High competency with Microsoft Windows Powershell, Powershell Core, Microsoft Graph API
Working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products such as Microsoft Azure, Entra, Windows Server (Core), Purview, Exchange, SharePoint
Technical documentation and report writing (Incident Reporting)Working knowledge of AWS Core Infrastructure Services such as Route 53, S3, EC2, SES, and Cloud Front
Understanding of various backup technologies such as MS DPM, Veeam
Understanding and use of KQL, SPL, FQL/CQL or other querying languages used within different SIEM platforms
Experience with ManageEngine products a plus
Understanding of API’s and programmatic data retrieval
