Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Wireless Network Strategy & Design Good to have skills : Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Network Infrastructures Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education For Level 9------------------------Role: Wireless Network and Cisco ISE SpecialistSkill Experience:4-6-year experienceTotal Exp:6 10 Years Good to have skills: AnsibleCertification: CCNA/P and Cisco Wireless/Cisco ISE Key Responsibilities (This field is Mandatory) Responsible for taking KT from client SME. Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members. Create Necessary documentation like Runbook and secure necessary approval. High light the Risk area and secure necessary exception for the same. Takes responsibility for meeting commitments; desire to succeed and has a history of meeting solutions by deadline. Builds respectful relationships with team members; consistently acknowledges and appreciates each member's contributions. Provides quality customer service; ensures an understanding between customer and Secure-24 and helps provide workable solutions. Grows professionally and personally; eager to acquire new knowledge while promoting Secure-24's values and culture.Technical Experience (This field is Mandatory) Understanding of routing Protocol and switching technology. Understanding of tacacs+ and radius protocols. Expert in Wireless configuration and troubleshooting and have knowledge of Cisco DNA. Performing analysis of network needs related to wifi and ISE and contributes to design of wireless network and ISE. Work with the Vendors like cisco, mearki and aruba wireless. Experience of wifi setup in AP flex connect mode and local mode. Maintain a highly available and scalable wireless network environment. Experience to work in ISE version 3.0 Knowledge on configuration and troubleshooting on ISE authentication for different type of WLAN profile. Knowledge in deployment of ISE NAC solution. Knowledge to analyse the logs of WLC/AP/ISE to provide detailed RCA for Outages. Collaborate with Client Network Engineering Team. Maintain detailed knowledge of company network and technology standards. Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers through ITIL guideline followed ticketing tool. Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance plans, and provide status reports as required. Continue to learn advanced network technologies. Ensure open to work in 24*7 operation.Professional Experience/Attribute (This field is Mandatory. Nomenclature to be modified from experience to attribute soon) Proficient in working with high availability environment. Alignment to process ITIL Good communication skill Self-motivated and eager to learn. Good team player with good interpersonal skill. Qualification 15 years full time education
