Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have Skills :Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network OperationsKey Responsibilities :A:Provide Tier 2 Network Operations support during operational incidentsB:Maintains current network infrastructure and leverages the manufacturer for advanced supportC:Maintains high network availability for redundancy and resilienceD:Understands and accounts for peak load; manage peak load eventsE:Follows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for operational efficiencyF:Optimizes, implements, and monitors network performanceG:Maintains and reacts to Enterprise-grade network monitoring Technical Experience :A:Should have 4 to 6 years experience in the deployment of network equipment for new office build outs, domestically and internationallyB:Assists in the deployment of WAN circuits, including MPLS VPNs and P2P/IPsec circuitsC:Knowledge of TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and L2 technologiesD:Knowledge of Nexus 7K, 5K, 3K 2K Data Center SwitchesE:Proficient at troubleshooting L2/L3 issues for LAN, WAN WLANF:WAN Optimization knowledge Professional Attributes :A:Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B:Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Educational Qualification:A:15 years of full-time educationAdditional Info :A:Should be open to work in shifts Qualification A 15 Years of full time education
