Infra Supervisor / Infra Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infra Supervisor with strong knowledge of store interior works and the ability to manage all infrastructure-related activities for existing stores as well as new store openings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work Identification & Approvals

• Receive work requests from store managers/management.
  
• Inspect the location as required.
  
• Prepare work estimates (cost, materials, labour).
  
• Obtain management approval before starting any work.
  

2. Vendor Selection

• Identify suitable vendors for specific tasks (ceiling, flooring, electrical, woodwork, glass, etc.).
  
• Collect quotations from multiple vendors.
  
• Negotiate to achieve the best cost.
  
• Finalize vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
  

3. Work Execution

• Visit store locations and supervise on-site execution.
  
• Ensure proper materials are used and work is performed as per company standards.
  
• Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  
• Provide daily or periodic progress updates to management.
  

4. Cost Control

• Ensure all work is completed with minimal and justified expense.
  
• Avoid unnecessary costs or premium pricing.
  
• Cross-check material costs against market rates.
  

5. Billing & Documentation

• Collect invoices/bills for all completed work.
  
• Verify bills for accuracy and ensure alignment with approved quotations.
  
• Submit verified bills to the Accounts/HR department for processing.
  

6. Final Inspection & Handover

• Inspect completed work thoroughly.
  
• Confirm quality, finishing, and adherence to standards.
  
• Maintain photo documentation (before & after if required).
  
• Report work completion to management.
  
• Handover the store back to the operations team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in interior execution and site supervision.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently across locations.
  
• Good understanding of materials, labour costs, and project estimation.
  
• Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
  
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
