Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Infra Supervisor who has complete knowledge of store interior works and can manage all infrastructure-related activities for existing stores as well as new store openings.

1. Work Identification & Approval

Receive work request from store manager/management.
Inspect the location if required.
Prepare work estimate (cost, materials, labour).
Get approval from management before starting work.

2. Vendor Selection

Identify suitable vendors for specific work (ceiling, flooring, electrical, wood, glass etc.)
Obtain quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate to achieve best cost.
Finalize vendor based on quality + price + reliability.

3. Work Execution

Visit the store and supervise execution.
Ensure:

Proper materials are used
Work is completed as per company standards
Deadline is maintained

Provide daily or periodic work updates to management.

4. Cost Control

Ensure all works are completed at minimal and justified cost.
Avoid unnecessary spending or premium pricing.
Cross-verify material cost vs. market rates.

5. Billing & Documentation

Collect invoices/bills for every completed work.
Ensure bills are correct and match approved quotation.
Submit bills to Accounts/HR department for claim processing.

6. Final Inspection & Handover

Inspect the completed work.
Confirm quality and finishing.
Take photo documentation (before & after if required).
Report completion to management.
Handover store back to operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in interior execution and supervision.
Good negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently across locations.
Good knowledge of materials, labour cost, and project estimation.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation ability.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
