You will be responsible for managing and supervising civil construction projects from start to finish. This includes reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and specifications. You will coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure the success of the project. Monitoring construction progress and quality standards on-site will be a key part of your role. Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations is essential. You will also prepare progress reports and communicate the project status to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in construction management software such as Autocad. Experience in facade exterior and interior works, including ACP and glass works, is preferred. Managing civil projects involving pipelines, contracts, and schematics will be part of your responsibilities. Strong blueprint reading skills are required to interpret project requirements accurately. Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols is necessary. You should also possess the ability to lead a team effectively and resolve issues efficiently. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The ability to work remotely is required, although the work location will be in person.,
