Safety Trainer

Position : Safety Trainer

Required: Any BE/B.tech + ADIS/PDIS or Similar safety qualification

Experience Required 10+years

Roles & Responsibility:

To ensure implementation of safety management through developing/Implementing Contractor safety management procedure, setting expectation during onboarding of contractors and On field safety performance monitoring. He is responsible for successfully implementing CSM procedure at AM/NS with a support and coordination of all safety committee Key Role & Responsibility:

• To conduct on boarding meeting with the owner /incharges along with Engineer incharges to verify fulfilment of contract safety clauses for supply of materials and manpower and obtain agreement for implementation of all safety system in their activities during the project • To facilitate evaluation of competence of critical activities through other safety specialist, i.e WAH, Lifting and rigging, electrical and RA(Safety officers)

• To provide advice on the matters related to carrying out project safety inspections at the sites.

• To identify training needs for contractor workers and coordinate training through Trainers

• To schedule contractor safety audit and coordinate for conducting periodical audit through contractor safety committee

• To obtain safety observations on contractor and evaluate their performance

• To obtain near miss reporting/incident reporting from contractor and monitor implementation of investigation recommendation

• Participate in Contractor safety meeting and raise high severity points related to implementation of contractor safety procedures

• To obtain monthly MIS from the contractor and review their safety performance and develop contractor safety das board
