As a Cyber security associate, you will play SME role to give operations support to business applications in scanning, automation and remediation guidance.What well offer you

Your key responsibilities

Playing SME role to assist business application teams to do scanning and provide basic guidance remediation

Follow process and guide steps to business teams to conduct SAST, DAST on licensed tools

Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and provide support

Programming background or Python knowledge would be added advantage.

Good communications skills required

Your skills and experience

Minimum 6-8 yrs of experience.

Well versed with OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities identification and remediation.

SAST (Static analysis security testing) assessment experience must be present.

DAST (Dynamic analysis security testing) assessment experience must be present.

Tool exposure Fortify Workbench, Veracode, Snyk, Sonarqube, Burp suite, Invicti,..etc.

Vulnerability Assessment of reported issues.

Provide remediation consultation to business application teams.

Basic guidance to application developers towards remediation of open findings.

Python scripting would be an added advantage.

Senior member who can co-ordinate with development leads, management team

Tool scan configuration assistance and support to application teams

Good communication and writing skills to work with global team members

Experience in banking domain would be an added advantage

Experience in SOC Operations (in application security) would be an added advantage.
