Information Technology Operations Manager

As a ServiceNow Product Owner specializing in IT Operations Management, you will play a crucial role in meeting business requirements, ensuring high service quality, and overseeing professional implementation in operational activities. Supporting Projects and Global Operations, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for ServiceNow, consulting customers and users on business requirements related to the platform. Your responsibilities will include managing the ServiceNow ITOM product, encompassing the Discovery processes and data source management. You will be accountable for the functional architecture, process landscape, and implementation of the existing ServiceNow ITOM product. Collaboration with the platform owner, platform architect, and business stakeholders will be key in planning, coordinating, and controlling product functionalities. Your role will involve continuously improving the module implementation, providing dashboards and reporting on ITOM process KPIs, and offering consultancy to the business on planning, process design, evaluation, and implementation of ITOM services. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting modifications and configurations, conducting information sessions for stakeholders, updating internal communication measures, and defining features for processes and functionalities within the ITOM product. Your expertise in the ITOM environment, including a strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, SAM processes, asset integration interfaces, and the ServiceNow data model, will be crucial to your success. Working in an agile environment, you will need to demonstrate high motivation in quality documentation, intercultural experience, independence, solution-oriented approach, and interest in innovative solution approaches. Furthermore, your role will involve authoring themes, epics, and user stories, and you should be comfortable with public speaking situations. Basic travel readiness and proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are essential for effective communication. With 8-12 years of total experience and at least 6 years of relevant experience in ITAM and asset accounting processes, you should possess very good skills and experience in implementing and maintaining ITOM environments. In terms of education, you are expected to have a University degree or an equivalent recognized degree. Technical know-how in ITOM, ServiceNow Domain, and ServiceNow ITOM implementation is mandatory. Your ability to provide hands-on support to the support team and troubleshoot issues post Go-live will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of ITOM processes.,
