You should have a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow. You should be familiar with configuring SAM processes, end-to-end lifecycle, SCCM, Software Asset Workspaces, Software Spend Detection, etc. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in developing and implementing the ServiceNow SAM Pro module. Your role will involve working on the ServiceNow platform, customizing applications like ITAM, SAM, and other custom apps. You will be responsible for developing ServiceNow solutions and creating technical design documents based on business requirements. Experience in configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including MID server set-up, is required. You should also have expertise in implementing custom integrations such as REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API. Prior experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems is essential. Ideally, you should have been involved in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations in a consultant/developer role. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or other functional languages is necessary.
