Roles and Responsibilities Description:  Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and FortiGate firewall (VPN, policies, NAT, filtering. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance. Install, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware. MS 35 Administration. Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security policies. Implement and manage security policies, firewalls, and endpoint protection Monitor for threats, perform basic incident response, and support audits/compliance Setup and manage FortiGate firewalls including firewall policies, VPN tunnels, intrusion prevention, and application control.
