Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners

Diagnosing and resolving problems with networking, operating systems (Windows), MS Office applications, email clients (including Outlook), internet browsers, and collaboration tools

Performing OS installations, software/application installations, and Outlook configurations

Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

Executing cable crimping and adhering to standard colour codes

Supporting users in person and remotely as required


Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair hardware components

Configure and troubleshoot network and peripheral devices

Provide first-level IT support for day-to-day operations

Document issues and resolutions accurately


Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar IT support role

Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, email configuration, and basic networking

Familiarity with cable crimping and scanner setup

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills
