Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Information Technology Executive located in Kolkata. The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing network administration. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and providing assistance to staff with IT-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Candidate must have hospital/clinic background
• Network Administration and IT Operations skills
• Experience in Information Technology
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
