Our services include an in-house NABL-accredited laboratory, advanced radiology services, a pharmacy, and a state-of-the-art dental studio. We also offer specialty clinics such as Apollo Sugar Clinic, Apollo Pain & Laser Clinic, and Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic.
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing patients, scheduling appointments, providing information about the clinic’s services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Additional tasks may include updating patient records, following up on patient feedback, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.
