The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for handling daily IT operations, including administering networks, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing overall IT infrastructure. Ensuring the smooth execution of IT processes and supporting the IT needs of the organization are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support for infrastructure issues including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, CCTV. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests from the helpdesk. Monitor and maintain infrastructure components. Perform routine system administration tasks Assist in deployment and configuration of new systems, hardware, and software Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related Windows Server services Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, CCTV. Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles Strong knowledge of software, hardware support Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls) Familiarity with backup solutions, system monitoring tools, and endpoint protection Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration IT Asset Management Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under pressure Basic Knowledge of IT procurement
