Information Technology Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Specialist – Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote role where you will play a critical part in managing client relationships, delivering IT support, driving business opportunities, and contributing to sales growth.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks
• Stay updated with the latest in hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, and AI-driven IT solutions
• Oversee solution design, deployment, and ongoing support
• Guide both clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and satisfaction

• 4–5 years of experience in IT (hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, AI solutions)
• Strong background in Account Management and Business Development
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in driving sales growth and client development
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• 📍 Location: Remote
• 🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST), Monday to Friday
• 💰 Salary: ₹55,000 INR per month
