Informatica MDM Lead

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC) solutions.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define MDM strategy, architecture, and data governance best practices.
  
• Oversee data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and workflows.
  
• Integrate MDM SaaS with enterprise applications using CDI, APIs, and CAI .
  
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in MDM implementations.
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
  
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, issue resolution, and performance tuning .
  
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Informatica MDM .
  
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC MDM) platform.
  
• Strong knowledge of MDM concepts : data modeling, hierarchy management, survivorship, match/merge, workflows.
  
• Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) , Application Integration (CAI) , and APIs.
  
• Good understanding of Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ) and data governance principles.
  
• Proven experience in leading teams and client engagements .
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data platforms .
  
• Experience with Agile delivery models .
  
• Informatica certifications (MDM SaaS, CDI, IDMC).
