Informatica MDM Lead

Role Overview: As a Software Developer at this company, your primary role will be to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that are deployed at client end. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring that the software meets 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be involved in understanding product/software requirements, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, and conducting root cause analysis of system issues. Collaboration with functional teams and systems analysts will also be part of your responsibilities to convert client requirements into feasible designs. Key Responsibilities: - Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development - Evaluate operational feasibility and develop processes for software validation - Modify software to fix errors or enhance performance - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Compile comprehensive documentation - Focus on status reporting and customer satisfaction by capturing client requirements and providing feedback on usability and serviceability - Participate in continuing education to stay updated on best practices - Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications - Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies,
