Informatica MDM Lead

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end and ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software by developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, and facilitating root cause analysis of system issues. You will collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to convert client requirements into feasible designs. Your responsibilities will include performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, and modifying software to fix errors or improve performance. You will prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status, ensuring error-free code, and compiling comprehensive documentation. Additionally, you will focus on status reporting and customer satisfaction by capturing requirements and clarifications from clients, providing feedback on usability and serviceability, and participating in continuing education to remain current on best practices. You will consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces, develop specifications, and document and demonstrate solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments. Your deliverables will be measured based on continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software, quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, managing software, troubleshooting queries, MIS, and reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring error-free software implementation, customer experience, and timely report generation.
