As a Infor WFM Sr. Technical Consultant, your primary role will involve discussing the current customization in the version WFM/time v6.2.3.35 and identifying the features moved to the Core in the WFM Version 2024.05. You will be working on developing differentiator and unique aspects using Groovy language. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, showcasing deep domain and industry knowledge to contribute to building the Infor practice. Your responsibilities will also include mapping complex business processes to design robust and scalable Technical or Functional solutions, presenting and delivering end-to-end solutions using Infor applications, leading client discussions on proposed solutions and architectural designs, and driving Infor implementation from discovery to sustain. Moreover, you will provide advisory services to Infor clients on Industry best practices, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain customer relationships, and develop migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies to achieve engagement goals. Key Responsibilities: - Discuss current customization in WFM/time v6.2.3.35 and identify features moved to Core in WFM Version 2024.05 - Develop differentiator and unique aspects using Groovy - Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to building Infor practice - Map complex business processes to design robust and scalable Technical or Functional solutions - Present and deliver end-to-end solutions using Infor applications - Lead client discussions on proposed solutions, architectural designs, and roadmaps - Drive Infor implementation from discovery to sustain - Provide advisory services to Infor clients on Industry best practices - Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain customer relationships - Develop migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies - Achieve engagement goals Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in science, Engineering, Computer Application, Information Technology, or equivalent - Masters degree in business administration from a top school (full time or part time) AND/OR Equivalent experience - At least 6+ years of IT experience (support + implementation) - Min 3 years of Infor experience - Experience in Big 4, other consulting firms is preferred - At least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages - At least 2 years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on WFM - Infor Certification is an advantage Make sure to maintain up-to-date knowledge on Industry Standards, Testing Tools, and Accelerators, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to excel in this role.
