Infor WFM Sr. Technical Consultant

As a remote Infor WFM Sr. Technical Consultant, your role involves being a subject matter expert in Infor WFM/time v6.2.3.35 and version 2024.05, with a focus on customization, development in Groovy, and mapping complex business processes to provide robust solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Discussing current customization with the Solution Architect and identifying changes moved to Core in the latest version - Acting as a subject matter expert and demonstrating domain knowledge to help build Infor practice - Designing end-to-end solutions using Infor applications to meet client requirements - Leading client discussions on proposed solutions, architectural designs, and roadmaps - Driving Infor implementation from discovery to sustain - Providing advisory to clients on industry best practices for efficient solutions - Collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining customer relationships, and managing engagements - Developing migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies to achieve project goals Your core competencies should include: - 5+ years of experience in full project lifecycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages - 2+ years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements focused on WFM - Ability to design holistic solutions based on business acumen and technical aptitude in Infor WFM application - Up-to-date knowledge on Industry Standards, Testing Tools, and Accelerators - Experience with project lifecycle management, issue tracking, and knowledge repository platforms - Developing business cases and roadmaps, with excellent communication and presentation skills Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Computer Application, Information Technology, or equivalent - Master's degree in business administration from a top school or equivalent experience - At least 6 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in Infor - Experience in Big 4 or other consulting firms is preferred - Infor Certification is an advantage,
