Job Title: Talent Management– Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination of influencer campaigns — from shortlisting and onboarding to briefing and content delivery
• Build and nurture strong relationships with tech influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more
• Align influencer selections with campaign goals by collaborating closely with internal teams
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers or their representatives
• Track performance and content quality during campaigns; resolve any execution issues in real time
• Maintain a dynamic influencer database and actively scout for emerging talent
• Share clear briefs, brand guidelines, and expectations to ensure content consistency
• Foster long-term partnerships by re-engaging high-performing influencers and ensuring a smooth collaboration experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing and talent management
• People skills: You can build rapport quickly, navigate conversations with empathy and clarity, and handle multiple creators at once
• Excellent communication — both written and verbal
• Great with organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
