Job Title: Influencer Sales Executive / Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Influencer Sales professional to join our team. This role will focus on building brand partnerships, driving influencer-led campaigns, and growing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, experience in digital/media partnerships, and a passion for influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential brands/agencies for influencer marketing collaborations.
• Pitch influencer marketing, content amplification, meme marketing, and UGC solutions to clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and outreach to closing deals.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc., for prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipelines, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in influencer marketing, media sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for influencer and digital marketing.
