The Role

We’re want an Influencer and Online User Growth Lead to drive explosive user acquisition across 29 languages. Your job is to mobilise millions of users (viewers) and creators (paid) quickly by activating networks, designing growth hacks, and delivering targets. This is a frontline role; not about playing safe, but about pushing boundaries and winning numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard influencer/anchor pipelines across India and the global Indian diaspora.
• Design and execute campaigns that reflect an independent, forward-looking India.
• Negotiate and close partnerships that can deliver mass user growth fast.
• Drive DAU/MAU growth, paid subscriptions, and user referral loops.
• Thrive on targets, pressure, and results, your impact is measured weekly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 8 years in influencer marketing, growth hacking, or online community building.
• Proven network of influencers, followers or creators (multi-regional a plus).
• Obsessed with targets and metrics; you chase results, not comfort.
• Hungry to be part of a platform that challenges the status quo and puts India on the global digital map.
• Negotiator, closer, operator. You can turn relationships into results.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
