We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer-driven campaigns for multiple brands. The role requires a balance of strategy, execution, and relationship management, ensuring campaigns are impactful, measurable, and aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end from strategy, shortlisting, negotiation, and contracting, to execution, tracking, and reportingLeverage existing relationships with creators and talent managers to deliver campaigns across creator categories (nano, micro, macro, mega)Design campaigns across diverse budget sizes and geographies (tier-1, tier-2, regional)Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align influencer activations with brand objectivesWork with influencer and talent agencies to maximize reach and ROIMonitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reportsMaintain and grow influencer database with updated contacts, pricing, and performance metricsStay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging talent
What You Need to Qualify for This Role
3-5 years of agency experience in influencer marketingStrong influencer network across categories and geographiesProven experience managing campaigns across nano, micro, macro, and mega influencer levelsExperience working with both influencer marketing agencies and talent management firmsAbility to handle diverse budgets and campaign scalesStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent project management and multitasking abilityFamiliarity with influencer platforms, campaign tracking tools, and ROI measurementA passion for digital culture, content trends, and creator-led storytelling
