Key Responsibilities: - Design campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives, KPIs, and audience insights. - Create and manage structured campaign workflows, timelines, and briefing documents. - Source, vet, and onboard nano, micro, and macro influencers at scale. - Manage large influencer rosters, ensuring quality, brand fit, and cost efficiency. - Drive end-to-end execution for bulk campaigns across multiple categories and platforms. - Act as the primary client point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Track campaign metrics using analytics tools and prepare detailed post-campaign reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and optimize campaign performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of agency-side experience in influencer marketing with proven end-to-end campaign execution. - Demonstrated success in handling influencer activations for multiple brands simultaneously. - Strong client-facing experience with excellent relationship management skills. - In-depth knowledge of influencer tiers and content trends across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
