As an Influencer Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Your role will involve negotiating collaboration terms, monitoring campaign performance, and staying updated on influencer marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to relevant influencers on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube based on brand requirements. - Negotiate and coordinate collaboration terms with influencers. - Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to execution. - Monitor campaign performance to ensure deliverables are met within timelines. - Track and report campaign metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness. - Maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term collaboration. - Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and new influencer marketing strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Good understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Prior experience in influencer marketing is a plus, but freshers open to training may also apply. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
