Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and content

partners across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

 Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief to launch, including product

seeding, paid collaborations, and long-term partnerships

 Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and pricing with influencers and agencies

 Collaborate with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to

align campaigns with business goals

 Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR,

conversions, and ROI

 Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance

requirements

 Manage campaign budgets, invoices, and payments

 Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators

Required Qualifications

 2+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or

Social Media Marketing

 Strong understanding of major social platforms and creator ecosystems

 Experience running both paid and organic influencer campaigns

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

 Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools

 Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
