About the Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Influencer & UGC PR Executive to build relationships with creators, drive organic brand buzz, and scale authentic UGC across Instagram and TikTok in the UAE market

This role is for someone who understands creator culture, knows how to spot the right faces for a brand, and can turn gifting and collaborations into consistent, high-quality content — not one-off posts.

What You’ll Do Influencer & Creator Outreach

• Identify, shortlist, and reach out to relevant influencers & UGC creators (micro to mid-tier)
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with creators
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and usage rights where needed

Gifting & Seeding

• Plan and execute PR gifting & seeding campaigns aligned with launches and moments
• Coordinate creator kits, briefs, and messaging
• Track gifting, responses, and content outcomes

UGC Strategy & Content

• Build a steady pipeline of UGC content for Instagram & TikTok
• Brief creators on tone, talking points, and visual style (without killing authenticity)
• Work closely with the social media team to repurpose UGC into ads, reels, and stories

Performance & Reporting

• Track creator performance (reach, engagement, content quality)
• Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships
• Share monthly insights and recommendations

Who You Are

• Deeply plugged into Instagram & TikTok creator culture
• Knows how to DM creators without sounding like a brand robot
• Understands the difference between influencer content and real UGC
• Organised, proactive, and great at follow-ups
• Can balance brand guidelines with creator freedom

Must-Haves

• Experience working with influencers and/or UGC creators
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of content trends and formats
• Comfortable managing multiple creators at once

Nice to Have

• Existing creator network (UAE)
• Experience with FMCG, food, beverage, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with UGC licensing and paid usage

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
