We are looking for an entry-level ERP Operations Executive to assist in managing daily ERP system activities, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting internal teams in using the ERP platform effectively. This is a foundational role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day transactions like sales billing, stock transfers, and inward/outward entries.
Assist in generating standard ERP reports for departments such as sales, inventory, and finance.
Coordinate with stores or users to resolve basic ERP usage queries or errors.
Help maintain master data (Item Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, etc.).
Escalate system issues or data mismatches to the ERP support or IT team.
Follow checklists and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance in ERP operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of ERP software and proven 1 year or more experience (e.g.Ginesys, SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or others).
Strong attention to detail, diligent, good at excel
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
