Job Summary

Epicure an award winning food start up, is looking for a ERP Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day ERP operations across procurement, production, inventory, sales, and finance. The role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, process discipline, and smooth coordination between departments during and after ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of coordination for ERP-related activities across departments and consultant.

Ensure accurate and timely entry of data related to procurement, production, inventory, sales, and dispatch. Monitor stock movements, batch tracking, and reconciliation within the ERP system.

Coordinate with accounts team for invoice posting, GRNs, credit notes, and MIS reports.

Support users in resolving ERP issues and ensure adherence to standard operating processes

Liaise with ERP vendors/implementation partners for troubleshooting and enhancements

Generate periodic reports for management (inventory, sales, production, variance reports)

Assist in ERP audits, data cleanup, and continuous process improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate Engineering, or related field

2–5 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems ( Odoo / ERPNEXT or similar)

Experience in food processing, FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments preferred. Strong understanding of inventory, production, and dispatch workflows.

Salary negotiable. Flexible working days and time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
