Responsibilities include managing influencer partnerships and talent relationships, identifying and recruiting new talent, negotiating contracts, developing influencer marketing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring metrics, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. The role also involves working closely with various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
