Designation: Sr. Manager - Content Marketing Area of Work : Client Servicing Total Years of Experience: 4-5 years Location: Mohali (Work from office) Key Responsibilities: 1.Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives. Oversee content creation, including video, social media, blogs, and digital campaigns tailored for the music and entertainment industry. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content. Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into content strategies. 2.Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met effectively. Develop customized marketing plans for clients to promote their music, events, or brand partnerships. Coordinate between creative teams, digital strategists, and clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients, suggesting improvements where needed. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with artists, labels, brands, and media partners. 3.Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships within the entertainment space. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas. Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (4-5 years) in content marketing, client servicing, or brand partnerships in the music, entertainment, or digital media industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness. Experience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of content platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, etc.) and digital advertising. Passion for music, pop culture, and entertainment is a big plus.
