About The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our influencer marketing and talent partnership operations. You’ll help with creator scouting, basic coordination, brand outreach support, campaign documentation, and keeping things organized behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digital content, creators, and wants hands-on exposure to the influencer marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and onboard emerging content creators across platforms
• Assist in maintaining relationships with creators and support in daily coordination tasks
• Identify potential brand partners that align with creators
• Help match talent with suitable brand briefs and campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns with brands
• Maintain trackers, campaign records, and organized folders including agreements and invoices
• Support in preparing pitch decks, case studies, and campaign reports when needed
• Provide research support on industry trends, creators, and new opportunities
• Participate in internal brainstorms for content and collaborations
• Occasionally accompany the team to shoots, events, or creator meet-ups (if required)

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing or digital content (preferred)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace; Canva knowledge is a plus
• A self-starter with curiosity about creators, brands, and digital media
