As a digitally savvy professional at SkinInspired, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating end-to-end influencer campaigns, building strong creator relations, and driving measurable brand impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving end-to-end influencer campaigns across various platforms such as Instagram and other emerging platforms. - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding creators that align with brand objectives. - Managing outreach, negotiations, contracts, and product dispatch coordination. - Developing clear creator briefs and ensuring content quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. - Tracking campaign performance, building dashboards, and optimizing based on ROI. - Maintaining long-term creator relationships and building a strong UGC community. - Collaborating with brand, content, and performance teams for integrated campaign execution. - Repurposing creator content for ads, reels, and meta catalog to maximize output. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or D2C. - Prior experience in managing UGC workflows, talent coordination, or creator-led campaigns.,
