Job Description

We seek an Influencer Marketing Specialist for a Media Production brand in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

? Research and identify influencers and creators relevant to the brand's audience.

? Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration.

? Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.

? Collaborate with creative and social media teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.

? Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights.

? Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform best practices.

Job Qualifications

? Experience of at least 1 year in influencer marketing or creator management, preferably with FMCG brands.

? Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)

? Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

? Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystems.

? Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
