About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Executive who understands internet culture and can spot talent before the world does. You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding upcoming creators, managing influencer relationships, curating content ideas, and collaborating with brands to execute impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Scouting: Identify emerging influencers, creators, and digital personalities across social media platforms (Instagram & YT) who align with our brand values and client needs.
• Onboarding & Relationship Management: Initiate conversations with potential influencers, onboard them to our roster, and maintain healthy, long-term relationships.
• Content Strategy: Work closely with creators to ideate, refine, and enhance their content based on trends, performance, and audience insights.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with brand partners to understand their marketing objectives, and match them with suitable influencers from our roster.
• Pitching & Campaign Support: Actively pitch our influencers to clients and agencies for collaborations, campaigns, and events.
• Reporting & Insights: Track performance of influencer campaigns, gather insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, pop culture, and online trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple creator and client relationships simultaneously.
• A creative thinker who understands both brand needs and creator authenticity.
• Familiarity with influencer campaign tools and analytics is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
