Creative Strategist

Location: Mumbai

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who’s equal parts finance nerd and content wizard. If you live on social media, understand trends before they blow up, and know how to explain complex finance topics in a simple yet smart way, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own and execute the overall social media strategy with a sharp focus on what actually works - trends, hooks, formats, and platform algorithms.

Be a content paglu - someone who lives and breathes social media, constantly consuming, analyzing, and jumping on trends before they go viral.

Stay chronically online to ensure the brand is always part of relevant conversations in finance, trading, investing, and pop culture crossover moments.

Create and curate content that makes complex financial topics (stocks, crypto, personal finance, trading, macro trends, etc.) engaging, digestible, and shareable.

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and finance experts to deliver high-impact content at speed and scale.

Bring a deep understanding of finance + content + community - know how to simplify jargon without dumbing it down.

Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, shares, and audience sentiment to double down on what’s working.

Be the go-to for spotting content gaps, pitching new formats, and iterating fast — from memes to explainers to carousel breakdowns.

Keep an eye on the competition and financial influencers to ensure the brand stays one step ahead.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone that’s trustworthy yet fun, smart yet accessible.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of finance, trading, and investing.
• 2–3 years in social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Understanding of platform trends and algorithms.
• A balance of creativity + analytics.
• Experience in fintech or finance content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
