looking for an experienced Social Media Associate 6 months-1 years of experience) with knowledge and enthusiasm to work for our client partners across sectors for our Mumbai office

Requisites:

• Possess 2+ years of experience with managing influencer relations, ideally within a digital or influencer marketing agency
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Canva
• Good Communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Industry and latest developments

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Strategizing and planning for brand pitches and campaigns on social media
• Research, manage, and oversee campaign briefs , shoots
• Maintain social media content calendar
• Influencer outreach
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Client Servicing
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Trend Analysis & Research
• Preparing extensive decks for brands for campaigns
