Influencer Marketing - Creator Relation and Retention

Some of the key brands under Mosaic Wellness include Man Matters, Be Body Wise, Little Joys, and Root Labs. Man Matters serves 2.5M men annually, focusing on hair, beard, fitness, and nutrition. Be Body Wise caters to 4M women annually, covering hair, body, sleep, and nutrition. Little Joys supports 2M parents in kids" nutrition & development, while Root Labs is a top 3 TikTok Shop health brand that collaborates with 2000 creators to post 1500 videos daily. As the Affiliate Sales Manager at Mosaic Wellness, your role will involve: - Taking complete ownership of the affiliate P&L, including revenue, commissions, costs, retention, and ROI. - Building a high-conversion creator sales engine by onboard the right influencers, agencies, and partners. - Managing the end-to-end funnel from outreach and deal structuring to performance tracking and long-term retention. - Running creator partnerships focused on generating not only reach but also driving sales. - Creating a feedback loop with content, product, and growth teams to scale successful strategies and address any issues effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate sales, B2B partnerships, or revenue ownership. - Previous experience in an early-stage startup or building a project from scratch. - Confidence in managing performance metrics, unit economics, and growth strategies. - Strong negotiation skills, the ability to build trust, and keep creators motivated.
