As an influencer marketer at our company, you will be responsible for onboarding creators, building partnerships, and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Your role will involve providing engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts, responding to comments and customer queries promptly, and monitoring feedback and online reviews. Additionally, you will organize and participate in events to build community and enhance brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency by coordinating with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams. It will also be essential for you to liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features, build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists, and stay up-to-date with digital technology trends. Your qualifications for this role should include proven work experience as an influencer marketer, experience in launching community initiatives such as building online forums, launching ambassador programs, creating event series, and writing email newsletters.
